My Tech Solutions was founded by James Gonzalez in 2010. With more than 20 years of experience he and his team have been satisfying customers in the Fort Bend and Harris County area. I highly recommend James as My Tech Specialist. He has worked on our computers at home both desktops and laptop and has always solved our problems. With this in mind and all new technology out there it is good to know that we have someone we can call for help and someone honest and trustworthy that will keep us up to date. James did an amazing job with my laptop from setup to completion. He installed new memory added all the needed programs and setup me up with his Antivirus Software to ensure that I was protected from any malicious software. He also installed a program that gives him the ability to remote into my machine whenever I may need his help. (Which is very time-saving and helpful!) I recommend My Tech Solutions any day for everyone’s IT needs. One more thing, he is one the nicest, most patient, smartest, and most professional tech guys I’ve ever worked with.

I’d like to say that James Gonzalez has been a great asset to us, that is for my personal computers and our church computers. He is always up to the task and does it with a smile. James’ expertise of computers is outstanding in that no matter what type of problems we have presented him with, he was up to the job. His personal and professional knowledge exceeds many other technicians in the business. He explains things to you about your computer and lets you know exactly what has to be done in order to get you up and running again. He keeps you updated as the work progresses, letting you know the latest & greatest of the fast-changing computer world, and is always careful of your time for being without a computer. I’m computer limited, so James Gonzalez was a big help to me when I had problems with my PC. He gave me a time and price to repair the problems and stuck to it…and solved the problems! Very dependable and I appreciate that.

James Gonzalez is very knowledgeable regarding any type of computer related issues and upgrades. He has fixed my lap top on several occasions and upgraded my software as necessary. James Gonzalez is an excellent computer tech. He has repaired my laptop for me a couple of times when it was having connection issues. He ordered the parts that it needed, kept me updated and had it repaired quickly for me.
